Bored enough to post to this forum, but not bored enough to tidy my room. Note the 3-day-old paint job on my case - more pictures to follow in approriate forums once it's finished...

Guess how often i use my scanner and gfx tablet? - they're under there somewhere...

And blame my landlord for the carpet!

-H- the 5.1 surround speakers work much better if you actually have them surrounding you :D

banished - There only 4.1 speakers and I'm saving up to buy some tripods to put them on. Lucky I have a sofa opposite the PC so the speakers are going behind them so I can watch DVDs without having to sit on a office chair.

Tripods are so utterly expensive just get some 2x4's and make your own. Don't forget to run the wire thru the ceiling either because thats just l337.

Iamgoodyy - The wires will be running along the side of the room it's not far so it shouls be ok. Yeah tripods are a bit on the pricy side.

Who needs tripods? In my pic (see earlier post) I've got two slightly old Cambridge Soundworks speakers hung on the wall. and I've just done the same on the opposite wall, and my cables run round the skirting board. work's fine! (and my sub is on the floor in the bottom right of the pic)
They even came with tripods when i bought them. but oh my god they were nasty plastic cheap things!

Here's mine, with my old computer. I don't have many pics of the desk, more just the computer itself.
