I had originally started posting on the SLIZONE forums but I had run out of space so I decide to post here on the Bit-tech forums.
Well the basis behind the project was that I was tired of lugging my Full towers at 6 in the morning after the lans ended.
Wells here the work log to the SFF.

The SG02 in it safebox so unsuspecting

Silverstone did a great job with their packaging not a single scratch
    [IMG]
The Piano gloss finish on teh front panel was protected by a plastic sheet nice to know a company cares.

Well anyway the SG02 layout is pretty nice I immedietly started see mods flash before my very eyes (New front panel design, Window, Custom case handle, Custom HDD brackets)

The SG02 needed a new pair a switches sorry no pics maybe later.
The KILLSWITCH is definiety getting a new paint job just had to get rid of the old one.
    Light sanding stage
    [IMG]

The poor SG02 case was only together for 2hours before I drilled out all 12 pop rivets and sanded all the parts for priming
    [IMG]

Just like any other case there were problems like these two screw holes
    [IMG]

After a combination of drilling out the holes and 2.5 hours of filing I ended up with this.

Thats it for now I'll update as soon as possible

Indeed. KsE rocks, and they have some really sweet album art to base a mod off of. I may have just gotten inspired myself

Imagine this worked into a front panel on an SFF box:

Had time this week to prime and design the HDD bracket for the VRaptor.
Here the design for the HDD Bracket the VRaptor's heatsink add some extra weight to the Drive so I'm making it out of AC Ryans 5mm thick UV Blue Acrylic to prevent warping. I also modded the 5.25 drive bay I only need 1 so the second has to go
    [IMG]

Here are some the innards in my "MAGIC" cure box. I'll let the paint cure for about a week.

That drive is from 1994 older than my little sister shes 13 and I'm 18 back in the days of 4x and 8x drives. I used it as a guide for the dremel.

That was just a test fit and once the support brackets are place on it will be perfect. I still have to cut the pretruded design out fromt the bracket maybe later today. I did get a test fit last night on the Acrylic front panel it turned out great. I'll have to put a sheet of Aluminum between the case and the acrylic otherwise.. well just look at the pic.
I'll lay some of MNPCtechs black high gloss vinyl on top of the acrylic with a design for teh harbinger name.

Still no internet at my house so sorry about not updating but I'm in the process of cutting out the HDD rack and designing the handle for the case I'll post pics ASAP.
I'm going with either the BFG 9800GTX, 9800GX2 or 280 GTX for the GPU either way BFG is the company and probably a coolermaster or PCPC psu

Found my old post so I will finish this one up. I got the case for $70 US
    Since my last update...
notice in the background the top of the chassis is starting to rust IKE did the same thing to all my hand files to and took my 8800gts too.:grr: Anyway I add the support beams to keep the case stable since I refabbed almost everything HDD rack DVD Rack.

I cut out a lot of the overlay for the GPU card area and put this mesh in its place what do you guys think

Added a Fan controller in the back

Does this give you any hints of what is to happened:D Watercooling the Harbinger

I will be working on the handle this weekend so hopefully an update.

Well unfortunetly I still haven't gotten my 80mm Radiator in yet so I can't do any of the refabrication yet beside the one for the actual cover of the case. (The bondo wasn't staying on so I had to cut out the side panels for the Geforce logo.:dremel:)

I haven't talked much about paint but High Gloss black with some ghost accents. The handle is similar to the Fragbox 2's but with some key differences I will upload the Photoshoped handle later on today.
