    Hey all,

Looking at getting the other half a watch from Tokyo Flash for her 25th and was wondering how those of you (I know there are a few on here) that have watches from there have found the service?
I'm also concerned about returns so should it break for any reason I'm not lumped with a useless device.

Any advice and opinions on the matter would be most apprecaited.

ive bought a few times from them and its been ok, i did have a problem with customs once out of 3 times i think, having to pay an extra £25 or so, but other than that, everything else was ok, and have never had to return anything. delivery is fairly quick aswell.

    Thanks Charlesbeams.
Also managed to find someone at work that had ordered from there freakishly who said pretty much the same thing. So two testimonies saying the same stuff has made me pretty much happy to order from there.

So http://www.tokyoflash.com/en/watches/nekura/progression/ has been ordered with the clear edging.
Now I just have to make sure she doesn't find it before her birthday :p

i have the silver version of that watch, but i got it from Ebuyer, as it was cheaper and quicker :p, its an awesome watch, i'd probably have prefered the darker one, but the silver still looks great.

So, It took longer in Parcel Farce than it did from Japan > UK (Surprise.. honest)

I have today received a letter saying that Parcel Farce will not deliver until customs and their "clearance fee" are paid in full.
Customs was £13.39 and Parcel Face fee is £13.50!

I'm thinking of contesting the fee stating that had I a chance to choose the courier that it comes into the UK under and pay my own Customs charges then I would have done so or something along those lines.
Anyone ever try and avoid their clearance fee on similar grounds and had any luck?

    Cheers :)

i was told about a horror story with parcel force when the guys at customs mistook HK$ for USD and he got charged import tax on over $1000 usd, apparently he had to pay the fee then contest it to get his money back. its a complete joke really.

Okay, that looks cool, but is it just me that got brain ache trying to work out how half of them represent the time?

    Specifically, the ones without diagrams?
