    Spent the weekend at the girlfriends painted the room and rearranged (its her room) had my computer over this weekend.

    They are the pre 2005 ones, but with a long non-coily cord. Got them JUST at the cutoff. Personally I much prefer the look of these to the newer ones. And I'd prefer a coily cord, as the coily cord has thicker (and better) wires.

    I plan on picking up a pair of some sennheiser HD650s at some point. probably not until next year. Still have to solder up the headphone amp I designed. Probably do some of it today, and the rest tomorrow.

    It's a freecom hdd in aluminium which matches the apple kit very well.

    Haha. I was about to damn something along the lines of "Are you sure you didn't just go to your local ikea and take a picture"

    My room is pretty ikea-ish too, mirror, bookcase, desk, TV stand, weird hangy storage thing and cd/dvd shelf.

    I really should take some pics of my room, its looking reasonably neat these days.

    Heck no. most dorm rooms are barely big enough to fit a single size bed, and tiny desk. let alone anyone in the room.

    Really? My "Room" is more like an Apartment. 28qm with kitchen and bathroom. How much are you guys paying for those rooms?
    Mine is 400€ a month with an 100Mb connection :D
