I like #1 the best

#3 looks cartoonish, which is nice aswell, but still like #1 the best

 

I'd like to see the original high res versions of these images...

Something about #3 bothers me... can't put my finger on it. Surely that's a composite. The shadows don't match. The sun is behind the mountains, yet the shadows go from left to right.

 

Yep, good call. #3 is indeed an image I took of the Smokey mountains in North Carolina. I hated the picture so I threw a stock image of the clouds in the BG and BAM! ended up with the above.
