I have an employee that gets this upon every boot on his assigned laptop. I have utterly no idea what it means or how to correct it. Help needed please.

make sure his computer knows what the address of the DNS server is or else he won't be able to join the domain and if he was already part of it then he might have trouble connecting to it, which is the problem he seems to be experiencing now

Is the computer connected to an actual domain or is this occurring when he tries to connect to network drives?

ALSO: What OS are we talking about? Windows XP?
