I was going to buy something similar to this but then desided to go for Samsung NC10, i mean what kind of quality can a machine with that price have "What you pay is what you get"! If I had the money to spend for an 1k laptop like lenovo/(ibm) laptops or even macbooks yes it does do it a justice! Dont think this as a personal attack eiter see it as me thinking out loud Althought I dont need a laptop that much because I have a nice desktop waiting for me at home

Bought some candy today! (a lot of candy) also i bough a Scotch that i am actually intaking right know

 

@Slaughter, Toshiba make decent laptops, with respectable build quality, so you can't really mock them at all.
Anyway, my latest purchase was the delivery cost for my mac mini.

No Worries. I got it used off of Ebay and it was in fantastic condition. It really runs great, much better than most laptops I've tested. Oh, and I sold a macbook to get this

You monster Selling a macbook for a laptop that cheap

Well I am in need of all OS's so I have my gaming rig/movie rig (Windows), NC10 is coming soon (MAC OS X) and

am thinking about buying Thinkpad t43p (Linux/download machine) of ebay but not sure, surely a new Thinkpad would be better but as I said no money as of now

 

I must disagree. Being a hardened coffee drinker (mail order in from Algerian Coffee Co. for caffetiere, and have two Nespresso machines (one for kitchen, one for computer room) for a quick shot) I find that Nespresso does a reliable, decent quality shot every time. Which is no mean feat. In Lisbon, where a perfect espresso can be had for 35p 50p (darn Credit Crunch) at any street corner, there are no Starbucks at all, but Nespresso actually has customers queueing out the door.

I have a Gaggia espresso machine in one of my offices. I share with a surgeon who needs his coffee.

I can relate: big mug of Monsoon Malabar, once every morning to achieve operational status.
