i still enjoy gs but... i don't know, it does feel a little hollow at times. but i'm still addicted to getting it, so until that feeling passes, i'll still be rinsing games for it :/
Heh, I want to play more gears 2, I'm 3000 kills through Seriously 2.0 but I want to play wingman and no-one is online to play with
just finished fallout 3, although i missed out on a few achievements i would have liked. i don't see myself going back to play it for a long time though -- i burned myself out on it. still, utterly brilliant experience, i just think playing it again so soon would turn things sour. besides, 670G isn't too shabby at all... fable ii next. plus i have scene it coming from lovefilm tomorrow. 50k and ultimate nerdery awaits!
I seem to be racking up the gs in the month and a half I have had my xbox. Mainly because I have been buying lots of games and playing the thing to death. I am in the process of signing up to mygamercard.net so I can join the bet tech leaderboard. For anyone who is reading, if you have PES 2009 or PGR4 and want a few games online I am up for that, just add me and drop me a message. I should be getting a ton more games soon, so I expect a lot of bit tech related live action.
Woot 100% Dash of Destruction (the free XBLA game) in a day and just got the last achievement on A Kingdom for Keflings. Apparently that's 9 retail and 9 arcade games 100%ed now.
Couldn't do one of the last dinosaur levels on that one - the trucks kept spawning near the CPU controlled dino. 3 attempts and irritation levels got too high.
That dash of destruction game is amazing, I did finish it in less than an hour though. Apart from the multiplayer achievement as I don't have enough friends controllers. My friend has just given me a 2100 points card for nought, so I might get myself a couple of arcade games, any suggestions?
Bomberman, Braid (Joe seems to like it), Duke Nuke-em 3D (demo first, it can make you feel a bit motion-sick on a big screen), Geometry Wars, Geometry Wars 2, Doom.... There's quite a few decent games on there, it's probably best to just download a few demos of the ones that appeal and go from there.
it took all of 15 minutes for me to finish DOD, including the time it took me to find my second pad. nice game, but way, way too short. but at least it's not another yaris, eh? just fiddling with saints row 2 atm. it's very slow going score wise, but bucketloads of fun. the score hasn't really jumped in a while, which is a good thing. my pace is, well, too fast.
Cheeky monkey Well you know how crazy I get if want the G's (Colin McRae DiRT) *shudders* Don't make me destroy you boy lol
Upto 22610 now, Lego indiana has 2 achievements left - disarm x100 (I can't even do it once) and blow up 5 people which doesn't seem to register! I've got to do two more achievements on Burnout Paradise since the party pack because they added two more, just waiting for the 800MB dl to complete
