Slaymate's A70 panels are back from powdercoating. What a Purty Gloss Black finish! Ok, Slay next on the menu is airbrushing a mural on the right panel and bezel.

That's a fantastic finish on the panels. I sometimes forget how good a quality powdercoat can look.

It won't be long now and I'll be ready to cruise it up and down the road at Bike Week, HeHeHe :D

Today we will be looking at the Cooler Master 1250watt Power Supply. It was a freebie Cooler Master sent me a year or so ago and these pictures were taken then. I'd re-take them but I'm using the power supply at the moment.

I'm almost out of pictures until Bill is done.

I recently upgraded from a 22" wide screen (in the background) to a 28" HD 1080P Monitor.

And I bought a Blu-ray player DVD Burner Combo

And these came in today so I'll be adjusting the V-10 tomorrow.

Well the V-10 is just a piece of crap. The different peltiers made no difference at all. I even removed the control module, as it's just an on and off switch, and ran the peltier straight off the power supply. It still made no difference. I even removed the peltier and tested it. The peltier is good for a 2 to 3 degrees Celsius reduction at best. What's even worse, for the V-10, is my temps are cooler with the V-8. I'm back to waiting for the next new cooling idea.

Here are a couple pictures of my failed attempt.

Air coolers and tecs always fail in performance.

I'm sorry to hear about your results. Major bummer. :sigh:

On the bright side if you hadn't have attempted it you would have never known.

It's still going to be awesome no matter how you cut it. :thumb:

Oh yeah... At least you got the Marlboro's to keep ya company. I know they sooth my soul. :D

Thank you guys, we're excited to start painting Slaymate's mural as soon as we finish our other obligations. Slay wanted the professional added touch, I've installed black rubber u-channel and fan grommets for the 2x 120mm blow hole exhaust fans in the top panel

    fan grommets

    u-channel

I painted fans today. Here a shot of my High-Tech Paint Room :D

I painted (2) Silverstone 120x25mm fans, (1) Scythe 120x38mm fan and (2) Fan Grills "Hammered Copper". I also painted (4) Scythe 100x25mm fans "Alumimun" and I'll be using them on my gpu coolers instead of the 100x12mm fans.

I'm letting everything dry overnite so I'll take some close-ups tomorrow :D

Well the "Alumimun" fans for my gpu coolers turned out great. I used regular spray paint with them.

The "Copper" fans still look good but I'll have to touch them up. The can said for Plastic, and it is suppose to have a textured look. But the paint was actually really thin and it hasn't dried good. It felt dry and just holding them was okay. But I see a fingerprint where I must of applied some pressure and the heatsink clips scratched the paint a little.
