The case is looking very good, the sleeving was ok but you can clearly see the orange to the right was a little to long.

*huca: dont worry about that - i need to put the caps on those connectors..
    ----

i decided to use my sow to cut the acryl panel

    finish to cut..

    i placed one of them
    [IMG]

    and with this tool:

i made a PSU cover, for all the case length
from now - i call it "power area"
i'll cut some drills for the PSU fan later
    [IMG]

    perfect bend
    [IMG]

    starting of connection panel
    [IMG]

a partition between MB area to HDD area.

    CPU, GPU pump - here
    [IMG]

that is for today in connection with working on the case

and now - some work on the MB

the DFI MB is so annoying, it's taking too much time to remove all the heat pipes systems

    stock cooler
    [IMG]

without cooler, and after some cleaning to the cpu, NB\SB and the mosfet

i remove the OCZ ram sink

but, in the third one - some cheeps decided they prefer to stay on the ram sink
    [IMG]

    anyway, i got Domminator 2X2GB 1066 kit

    the ram
    [IMG]

    ram cooler
    [IMG]

    pre-assembly :

    mosfet block:

    with the ram water blocks
    [IMG]

but, i got a problem, i cant remove the sink from the new ram, because of the new ram higher then any other ram, and the water block , cant complete a full cover,
so the solution is put them together..

    the CF
    [IMG]

    last for today
    [IMG]

    another updates will come soon..

Are you planning on re-tapping those AC Ramplexes to G1/4?

Also, if you want my 2 cents, I'd go with the Dominator fan over those ram blocks any day. The blocks aren't going to do much (if any) better than that fan.

    Sucks about that OCZ.

Lucky for you, you had those dominator ram laying around. :)

    It looks good, keep going!

    a new update

i decided that the Mozart is too small,
so i'll keep it for another project.

i bought two CM 590 chassis
    [IMG]

    out of the box
    [IMG]

    top
    [IMG]

    both of the floor
    [IMG]

    another one
    [IMG]

    from the side
    [IMG]

removing all the rubbers, screws, plastic and more
    [IMG]

    front
    [IMG]

    other side
    [IMG]

    back
    [IMG]

masking tape, to protect the corners of the case
    [IMG]

    trying to place some parts

    with the MB
    [IMG]

as you can see - i cant install there triple rad..

so, the GPU's rad will be on the case floor
    [IMG]

    front
    [IMG]

    another update:

    more parts! :D
    [IMG]

need the system without water? no problem...

    the doors, ready to cut
    [IMG]

the case are ready to work
    [IMG]

    left
    [IMG]

paint sample.. i'll go with this in all the elements in the case
you can see in green some of the welding area
    [IMG]

    right
    [IMG]

    welding areas..

    back
    [IMG]

    better then the mozart
    [IMG]

    MB back plate ..

all i need is to paint the cases, weld them together
cut the doors and the roof, and that it.

on the roof i'll place a 3X120 radgrilzz with red LED fans

    that's it for today.

after welding the case - all i need is some paint...
I chose the color from a catalog in a color factory , and after mixing the color - it was pressed into a can
    the layers:
    1. motip primer
    2.background color (blood red)
    3. main color
    4. motip lack

    with the OCZ original grill
    [IMG]

    another update

    first sketch with 0.5 pen

    very small radius corners

    starting the long drilling work..

    in the end
    [IMG]

and here i stopped with the doors.

i cut the cases top for the radgrillz, and it's took a long time.. and a lot of cutting discs.
as you can see, there is a little space in the top of the case,
i can adjust it with a simple screw device, but i'll do that in the end of the assembly (when all the weight will be in the case)

    pre-assembly

    wow...
    dont worry..i'm back!!

its a little bit insane, but i've back to the Mozart case..
    i really dont know why...

dual feser 360 at the back of the case

    side:
i sow that one of the rads make me some problems with the psu cord,
but i got a idea.. about the MB, it's block just the PS2 ports - that i dont need it anyway..

the mcr 240 , in the case
    [IMG]

    top
    [IMG]

    mobo, and other parts assembly

pumps, with the connection to the ex-rad
    [IMG]

    from the outside
    [IMG]

    useful mod...

the other side of the case: the PSU
    [IMG]

as i said, the TFC rad, block the PSU cord
    [IMG]

so, i'll do this mod, all i need is to buy longer spacers..

    PSU cover
    [IMG]

ill remove the PSU stock grill, and install this one on the perspex
    [IMG]

sometimes, the liquid need to get out of the systems ,
i got 4 loops, so that mean 4 drainage line
    inside
    [IMG]

    outside
    [IMG]

    thats it for today,
i'm waiting to EK's tanks that will be place over the 655 pumps in the MB area

about the 355 pump, maybe i'll place them under the PSU, or in the 5.25 cage.

    more updated will come soon..

    arkadur.
