I am playing very high, 4aa and in 1680x1050 and want to know if it worth it to go up a level would i even notice a difference? Edit: 1920x1200 i did wrong sorry so how much better?
Don't you mean 1920x1200? And is that Crysis or Crysis Warhead? And which GPU do you have? I play Crysis Warhead at 1920x1200 in DX10 on max. settings and 2xAA. It's gorgeous.
The bigger the better, but depending on what you've got now it may be an expensive upgrade for not a lot more.
All i need is a monitor since my pc is already to line specs: Intel Core i7 920 Quad Core Processor LGA1366 2.66GHZ Bloomfield 8MB LGA1366 4.8GT/S Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme 1366RT Heatpipe Cooler LGA1366 120MM Fan FDB 1600RPM 28.0DBA 63.7CFM ASUS P6T Deluxe V2 X58 ATX LGA1366 DDR3 LGA1366 3PCI-E16 PCI-E4 2PCI CrossFire SLI SATA2 Motherboard Corsair XMS3 Dominator TR3X6G1600C8D 6GB DDR3 3X2GB DDR3-1600 CL 8-8-8-24 Core i7 Memory Kit 2 x EVGA GeForce GTX 280 Superclocked 621MHZ 1024MB 2.268GHZ GDDR3 Dual DVI-I HDCP HDTV Out Video Card Cooler Master Haf 932 Full Tower Black EATX Case 6X5.25 1X3.5 5X3.5INT No PSU USB eSATA 1394 Audio Corsair HX1000W CMPSU-1000HX 1000W ATX 20/24PIN ATX 80A 12V Afc Modular Power Supply W/ 140MM Fan
1920x1200 is definitely worth it, especially if you can run it at high settings like you will be able to
Ya i running it was running get around 39 fps average just walking around and drops to 25-30 when huge explosions happen and such and this is with nothing overclocked. Then overclocked gpu max and now getting 42 fps average.
