    Hi Nathan,
As you asked I'm writing here now with the inactive menu problem on IB-MP309HW-B.
The first Firmware firmware update was complete with 01-17-090125-15-DST-403-000.
I opened the box, disconnected and reconnected the hardisk, but still the same, unit working, but no acces for the menu at all in any point. :(
Can you please help what I should do next?
    Thanks
    Spityu

    Good morning Spityu

Is the menu inactive from when you turn the device on?

Do you have any multimedia on the fitted hard drive?

Have you tryed the device with a hard drive which contains no data? If you have a spare hard drive could you test this?

As you have the latest firmware, if this does not work you will need to send the the unit back for service so that it can be tested and diagnosed :blah:

    Good morning

Please visit http://nanopoint.co.uk/en/service/rma.php to send back the unit, here you will need to read over the terms and conditions, click accept if you agree and then fill out the form. You should receive a response within 24 hrs.

    Hi xgrey

Raidsonic has the license for this and are currently waiting for sigma who develop the chip to integrate this into a firmware update.
