    First I took a piece of 4mm steel and cut out a circle.

    This project has alot of promise, cant wait for the next update. Im curious as to the choice of orange as the main colour, especially for such a large metallic case.

    I mean, well at least guests will be sure to notice it :p (how many people have big bright orange things in their house?)

    Next update is ready..

    Finishing end of B and C tubes:

    Taka a tube 34mm and bend this round ca D 306mm.
    Next step:First I tok angle grinder and cut a little bit off

    Only one site, Velding both side can bend this tube. I take one side first.

    Weld the flense to this tube

    after this job, I cut this tube to the middle, volla, I have 2 finished end pices:dremel:
