These will be launched for Rad's with 140mm size fans only, sorry!

The final version will be 3/16" thick 6061 aluminum

So we've got the dual & triple diagonal machined alum rad grills enroute to performance-pcs, they should be posting them here once theyre inventoried

In the mean time, we've made a 140mm single fan & radiator grill version, with a twist, literally! These have 360 adjustable centers so you can position it however you like :thumb:

I voted A because that's almost the same as my design :p

 When I saw what looked like an offset in the pic, I instantly thought you should make them adjustable.
-Then I read you already had!:hehe: Nice bevel on the fan holes. Much better than just a laser-cut center.

Very nice, but would you be offering them in the original non adjustable design aswell?
I really like being able to rotate it, but personally, i prefer a cleaner look, which it does have to sacrifice.
But for the "typical"(perhaps a taboo word?) modder, the beveled edge with the ability to have it in any orientation is fantastic. IMO, it fills an important niche.

and it opens the door to interchangable inserts :thumb:

You wouldn't be able to discern a difference visually between non-adj and adj, but I will keep your suggestion in mind, Thanks!

Pretty cool idea. Buy a grill, get tired of the design or rebuilding - just buy new inserts for new look.

Some people are only thinking while others get it done.

    Ah i see.
I was assuming the nonadjustable ones would have a flat/flush surface. With it being a sheet of Alu with the holes bored in. No beveled circle.

I would love to louver the vents, so they're directional. You have to either mill a thicker piece, or fasten them on.

I wonder if any local body shops has a real louver punch? Hmmm! Louvered side panels and scallops.

How about a big, rotate-able snorkel. :D Once you start making turret brackets, anything is possible.

They are looking really nice Bill :thumb:

Could you also sell them without the centre bits, a-la your 120mm grills used to be, so we could put a mesh insert in?
