I haven't visited bit-tech in a while now, and I'm regretting that after seeing all of the work you've done on this case. That pump housing looks awesome! :)

    Thanks, everyone.:D
@Perplekks - Too much like stalking...
@Mankz - Too much clothing?
@Brinkzor - Feel free to join the competition.:D
@Froop - OOps. I gave out too much info again. 20 years ago I was diagnosed extreme hypoglycemic/borderline diabetic. I don't want to ever take that test again. I'd rather get a prostate exam than drink that quart of pancake syrup again...

Oops.. Gave out too much info again.:hehe:

Not sure I understand what you need it for, but that's never stopped me posting.

Would silicone mold material work? Like these: http://www.smooth-on.com/gallery.php?galleryid=188

    Thanks, guys.:D
    @Brinkz0r - :(
@Mach - Nope, Thanks for trying, though. I need to thermo-form some of the plexi ducting. I think I'm going with pine screwed together.

I got a e-mail saying my image host bandwidth was about to max out. *Looks at Perplekks* :hehe:

One thing I love about nose picking monkey's log: Ignore it for a month and then open it and slowly enjoy the work. :D Dude you gotta donate me some plexi skills LOL

Thanks, but I can't do that. The ones I have keep getting rusty.:hehe:

I spent a lot of yesterday sanding. I got ONE of the frame rails flattened for gluing.:( I am in for a world of hurt.

My bandwidth reset yesterday, but I don't have much to show this update.
-The crooked stock issue came back to bite me again. This stuff all came off the same sheet. I may have to splice another layer in to get them to reach.
-My gluing work is just bad. I have a lot of bubbles.
-Now that these are glued, I need to drill the hole to pass the bolt through. Here I'm lining up the cut. -Drop the nut in the hole...
-and use it to center the bit.
-Here's the holes milled out. You can see my crappy glue work too.
-Most of this week has been about using the sanding jig. This part is taking forever!!!
-I'm sanding my fingers down in the process.:(
    [IMG]
-I glued the 4 top sections too. So I need to clean up the edges on these too.
-and the edges on all the panels.
-and the inside edges on the 3rd layer of the frame.
-then mill bolt holes in the 3rd layers.

THEN I can start to glue everything together. It's going to be a slow month. Please tolerate my whining.:D

Thanks again to my fine sponsors.:D
