Graphics best buy on budget

hi

i am thinking of upgrading my GPU which i 'borrowed' from my friedns 'broken' pc. But must be under £90 and no more (unless you can convince me otherwise). i want to play a variety of games with it (in future Empire total war. have short listed a few like gts 250, hd 4850 or 4770 but any suggestions would be helpful as i can't decide or find one!!!

CPU- Intel dual core e5300 (2.6ghz Stock speed)
Motherboard - asus p5ql/epu
GPU- Radeon x600 series 512mg
Case- cooler master elite 330 (only 1 fan at front but with mount at back for another)
Memory- 2gb 800ghz
OS- windows 7 rc (will be full version when released)

You could get a hd 4870 for £100, which is a steal.
