   a number of my vobs when ripped (legally ofc) return an error of no title information found when i try to pass them into handbrake does anyone know what causes this? can anything repair this?

   What software are you using? I haven't used any repair tools but I have had 100% success with DVDShrink, www.dvdshrink.org/
   Check the handbrake forums, it may be a software bug, http://forum.handbrake.fr
