    hi to all,
come from Argentina to share my case mod "Killer HL Box" I hope to enjoy as I in creating it, thanks for this space;)
The project is based on HL2 and out of an ordinary case, the most regular case, is my first mod, so be tolerant:D
With an idea in mind, I decide to practice before with my old case, seduced me some forms to case but not all, but I needed to practice and make mistakes, wanted large windows and the paint had not decided, well ... Fasten your seatbelts
we begin the flight, a very long flight...:dremel:

    hi,
in the games there were places where you can spend and where you can not pass, also see irregularities on the metal oxide, I was always giving matt varnish to turn the brightness of the oxide, in grill with other small details oxide, alien poltergueist inside, blending with black. Based interior paint white to active poltergueist, Here, you may appreciate a little better the effect oxide, in my country do not sell paintings that are oxidized alone, so I had to improvise and create a "patina"... I'm attracted to cases oxidized, referring to this particular ... Imagine "was submerged long time and suddenly abruptly him out and put it in the sun at 50 degrees centigrade:rock:

Relaxing a couple of pictures and pictures of where I found the valve, another idea that was put on the head, a bit of work came out so good. open and close the case door.

looking good. whatever you are using for texture makes it look like iron. and the rust looks great too, like iron rust. very rich and deep looking. whatever paints, techniques you are using it looks better than the self oxidizing paint i used in my mod. what a scrap yard you have access to, i bet you should find some other interesting things there for your case. keep up the work.

if really in the junkyard I found incredible things, endless imagination flies, that's good ... the bad thing is that your brain never stops working ideas:lol:
and now..the floppy was not in my mind to use it, but I needed a volunteer to make mistakes and test

Very nice,i 'll be watching this log.
I also use old stuff in my current mod.

Imagination, lot of scrap stuff, minimal machinery and more handwork, the definition of pure modding.

Good work! There's been a number of HL2-themed mods so it's not easy to stand out, but you're really pulling the theme off nicely. Keep it up, can't wait.
