I would say SimCity 3000 earns a spot somewhere down that list, if only because it's never too addicting to build a city out of scratch. And the variations of said city, imagine a farm-based metropolis, yup only SC3k.
I have played the FreeSpace series countless times. These are deffinetlymy number 1. Starcraft, Starwars Racer and Fallout 3 have also given me many long nights. Oh, and Age of Empires 2.
