    Hi Guys and Girls,
Some what new to this game however I was wondering how to alter the FAH prog so it auto starts when the comp is turned on, since the good lady is unlikely to remember to do it. In addition how do I get the second core folding as well? Running windows XP on a core 2 45nm chip. Thanks in advance.

To get it to autostart just place a shortcut in the startup folder
To use both cores you'll need either SMP or run 2 instances

    Which version are you running?

Anyways to get on a sub-team you just have to change your folding username to Spider_Monkey and then youll be part of the monkey federation. If you want to act the part it is welcomed.

    G0UDG 8800 GTX issues

when setting up the client's smp needs to be set to idle priority, gpu to low priority soo it can take the cpu cycles it wants. as for your gtx280 what shader speed do you run? find out at what shader speed it corups the client then back off about 50mhz. My gtx260, bfg maxcore55 from bestbuy folds 24/7 with the shader's set at 1560 but it will not play games at that speed. and my fans are set to 80% 51c doing 1888 61c doing a 353

First I'd start by ditching your team. Creating a username & joining this team

Is there going to be an update to the initial post for what hardware is best? I notice there's a few options missing.

This list needs updating, No mention of GPU 3.

For those of you who need to know: for fermi (gtx/s 400) you need gpu3. In a recent cpc/bit-tech article it was found that gpu2 should be used for gtx200 series as this provided much better ppd than gpu3.

EDIT - Just saw the console client is the best gpu there is, Is this still true?? is there even a gpu3 console client?
