i think we should vote for bit-tech at this site standings page http://www.sitestandings.com/ because in my opinion this is the best hardware review website and it deserves are support
Has anyone ever even heard about the site? and what good does it do to anyone but the owners of that site if anyone even votes? Sorry for being the cynical arse once again, but I just don't get it.
just read through their SSD anthology (use the google) and find out why they have all those votes (already had mine). Bit tech is by far the most fun site to read and lurk on forums, and the modding content is also fantastic, but purely as a review site there's nothing like Anand.
hmm, thought I had a smillie in there. "=P" I honestly just don't see the point of voting for best hardware review site on a 3rd party site that I'd never heard of before.
If you don't think this site is it up to par, fair enough. But if you do, what harm will it do? Play along
For one, the owner of that pointless site will rack in enough google adsense revenue to motivate them to create additional pointless sites, which will inspire others to create similar pointless adsense-heavy sites, and so forth, eventually crippling the internet. Seriously, what is the purpose of voting on that site? Did noone else notice that none of the other sites received any votes in the past month? What's the award? What's the conclusion? There is none. Every time a forum member visits that site to vote, 17.24 seconds are wasted on average. That time could be better spent helping someone else on this forum, starting a new thread, or rambling about how pointless websites waste time! As for whether Bit is up to par, it didn't use to be, but things might have changed or may be changing now that they're a part of Dennis.
