OK, I'm after a PC to do the three following things:

Play .AVI files through my TV via a VGA cable
    Run 24/7 on occasion torrenting
    Not use much electric

These are the only three things it needs to do, and are in order of importance.

What would YOU reccomed? I have a £200 budget.

    Is mini-itx a good idea?

Play AVI files? No h.264? HD? You could do that on an Ion system very easily.

ion is an atom + nvidia 9400. Usually come in itx format with everthing built into the mobo. Just need a case and other cards. If you have an old PC you could just convert it too.
