Well i have had a look at all the main sites here in NZ and all i could find is a single female molex pin remover for $20? i guess i'm s**t out of luck. I will have to do it the Kiwi way, with a can of Spieghts and a chainsaw oh and don't forget the sheep?

Yeh lol i hate it when that happns, I love the design of the Scout and it's the best case i have had for cooling :D

It only just fits the Coolermaster V10, and i meen "JUST" by about 5mm :eeek: all i had to do was put the DVD Drive in the lowest drive bay.... lucky :hehe:

The only thing was is that it was terribly loud while under load, so i got sick of it and replaced it with the stock CPU fan & HS.

Can you guess what it was?

Well i don't have any more updates as yet but one thing i did find out is.... when i went to get the paint for the PSU from the local supplier i was told that they couldn't put the paint that was used on the case in a spray can because of the hardener that they had use with it would have set it off by the time i went to spray the PSU due to the chemical in the hardener.

So i will now have to take it to the paint shop where i got the case painted which is a shame, i was really lookin forward to painting that myself.................. :wallbash: :wallbash: :wallbash:....

Why not do the whole PSU in frosted Plexi Glass??? Hmmmmmmmmm i think i will dag namit :D i will make a wind tunnel, call me crazy or clinicaly insane but i think that is just what this mod needs, the tunnel will hide all of my wires and such and give good cooling to the PSU and CPU i will draw up a plan to show you what i'm on about.

In the meen time here is what happend earlier.

The bloody heatsink tension nib/hook gave way and this is what caused the sudden rise in temps, thank you CoreTemp32 for saving my ass, nuff said.

So after that delemour i set about putting the Cooler Master V10 back in the case.

Now to make sure all the surfaces are cleaned properly.

Now to apply the thermal paste, the reason i use two hands to apply the MX2 paste is that it is verry sticky stuff, this way i can get an accurate amount on the CPU.

This thing is a real B**CH to put back in, i had to get my flatmate to help out by holding the case for me.

Made sure the TEC was connected.

Now you can see why i had to move the DVD Drive.

And now you can see that i really did meen by 5mm.

    All done :D
