    I saw this article and rushed in to make some witticisms in the comments but really, Krikkit and dec have summed it up already. :p

    This news begs the question of just how similar these mobile GPUs are to the desktop Fermi cards, since they're 'derived' from them. With such poor efficiency and horrible thermals, how could any derivative of Fermi be suitable for laptops without being completely neutered?

    well you could always buy a led based cooling pad for the laptop and take with you a full radioactive suit and a small nuclear generator so you could power it for a few hours and still be safe .....





    i really need to lay off the sauce :D
