Broadband. I remember when 512kb speeds were £65 a month, and I could only dream of such speeds.

i still got my 2400baud amstrad ISA slot modem sitting right here lol!

my 30" monitor, i just can't use a small monitor anymore, i need the desktop space for productivity.

my parents had a 20" lcd and everytime i went to use it it would drive me insane trying to have multiple windows open, so i brought them a 30" dell as well :D

Broadband and your own car. I could do without them if I had to, but it'd be pretty damn sucky.

Wetshaving. I went from twice a day shaving to every other. Helps immensely since I lost the use of my left arm. It's even cheaper to boot (takes a bit longer, though.)

Definitely got to be broadband internet.

Dual monitors ? got them, love them, hate to be without them, but I suppose at a push I could do without.

Personal Navigation Device. Couldn't be without my TomTom now. It's proved invaluable time and again.

    I bet it works.

Stop squeaks - fair enough but meh
Cleans and protects - You never know where she went before
Loosens rusted parts - It might have been a long time for her too
    Frees Sticky Mechanisms - Hmmmm
Drives Out Moisture - Okay that's just plain fcking gross :hehe:

Nothing, if I'm going to be totaly honest. But if I'm going to take the approach of "really really wouldn't want to live without":

    Women (specifically my girlfriend)
Usable Internet (Or failing that, wikipedia)
    Beer

    edit: props for wetshaving, that's a good'n.

I said laptop before but I guess I was considering it as a whole (ie including internet). After all, if it weren't for internet on a laptop, what good would it be for ? Writing a book in a starbucks ? MEH
