Do you mean 2TB? 1TB F3s are less than £50 each from scan.

Depends on the currency. $69.99 makes more sense.

I had bought a Lego Mindstorms about 10 years ago and I never played with it much. So now just trying to get back to my 'roots' if you will haha.

Well, these are on the line of their 'Technics'. They call these the 'power functions' but essentially its a technic. The more articulated it is the more I want it! This was kinda an impulse buy cause they are on sale.

Whats a real shame is that Lego is promoting those goofy 'Bionicle' sets as Lego. They are the most unfriendly Lego pieces you could ever use - essentially they are only made for those particular kits.

I've always loved Legos. And the more realistic/technical they get the better. I cant wait to get the Hauler, its 500+ pieces and articulates on the dumper. Woot! :)

I loved Technic Lego when I was a kid. I had about 6 large kits of it, each of which could biuld anything up to 4 vehicles. I prefer to build RC models these days though :)

    Lucky SOB! :D

I had the basic Lego's. It brings back memory of fun and invention for me - I had one really nice Air Port kit that my friends little brother destroyed. I never could rebuild it cause it was missing pieces, stupid kid!

Yea, I grew away from Legos too (like you said, RC kinda took its spot) but I am trying to get back into it cause its just darn good fun! And plus I have lots of nephews now that are really into them ATM. So might as well do some bonding with them. :)

I still have a couple of my kits lying around here. There was this epic barcode programmed dump truck that I got when I was about 10 or 11:

And this pneumatic submarine, which at the time came with a CD-ROM which let you take a tour round the underwater base that the sub came from :O I was in awe of that at 9 or 10 years old ;)

So many fond memories of building those with Dad! My parents got me a kit for every Christmas and birthday for several years in sucsession. I loved it! Both my brother and I had (and probably still have) a lot of lego as a kid :)

Mannnnn I miss Lego. Probably had around five big blue bins full of technic, from the articulating dinosaur, to the barcode truck, to the black four wheel steer sports car and everything in between. Gave it all away which I rather regret. Want to get back into RC though, that filled the gap for a bit but got left by the wayside as costing too much. Where were those kits on sale at by the way?
