Cheap horsepower, because for some reason people find them ugly, personally i prefer them over the blob or hawkeyed models.

It was originally a drug dealers car (explains the wheels) that was seized by the FBI in a drug raid and my friend bought it at an auction for relatively cheap because it had a few problems. He had an accident and needed the money though so I bought it off him.

I ended up paying more to get it running than I did for the car, and it's still not perfect.

Being a drug dealers car though it has all the cool gadgets in it. Tv's in the sun visors, 2 18' subs in back, Precision Power PCX5800 amp, and those 20' rims.

 

The point of an XJR is to look kind of subtle, drug dealer wheels just ruin it imo.

Me too, if I could afford a scoob I'd have one with the black bugeyes without a doubt, the others just aren't good looking to me.

 

For 1500$ I wasn't passing anything up haha.

With a few notable exceptions i find most of the bug eye models hideous and consider them the low point of the Impreza designs!

I've been wanting to go to a road course near me, but my 300zx wouldn't have survived any hard driving. So now that I this 350 I might start doing some track days.

I test drove a new 370Z just for kicks, and I can say that the new synchro rev match is amazing.

I'm not really a fan of the Nissan Z-cars, but with that Nismo rear wing it looks pretty badass.

The revmatch on the 370Z is a pretty clever idea, probably saves a bit of gearbox wear too.

Is there also a pistol holder on the glove box? I remember seeing some 750iL-bmw with that... Nice car, but I'd definitely swap the damn wheels. Unless you're a black rapper those are just too much

I am so going to buy one of those 350Z's, awesome car.

£10,000 for a 2005 car, the insurance is the same or less than a Golf GTI (or Focus ST). When I turn 25, the insurance should be doable... one more year.

Hah! And here I'm aiming for insurance on the same class/group of car at 23 or 24 next year. Wish me luck It won't be that big a deal if I have to pay through the roof for the first year, as long as they lower it once I turn 25!

 

I'm still sticking my parents on as named drivers to lower my premiums (£200-£300 off).
Insurance is around £1100 now, drops to £850 or so in a years time (current car for reference is £350 - '98 Polo 1.4).



I can't wait.

 

Hope you find a nice one . I'm loving mine I think bugs hate the color yellow, as I've had many die a bloody death on my front bumper!
