The car was a defected RC car what I buy from a SH shop in germany with 15 EURO

I have here for you a lots of pics and the explication for them. I hope you wel understand my text.

    THE CASE

    1:6 Enzo Ferrari (L = 75 cm x W = 30 cm x H = 20 cm)

In the folowing pics you can see in what a kind of desaster this car was:

    THE MODIFICATIONS:

    The modifications contens two steps:

    1 - The body
    2- The Chasis

for the first, I clean up the body from all the adesive pics, i cut out all the window and air fakes to be so near to the original as posible.

After everithing has ben done, is the body ready for the paint job:

For the paint job, I use Humbrol Red 19 & 1 x 400 ml Motip Autolack color code 41640.

Now this is it, ready paint. All windows are in to exceted the fron one because I need the acces for other measurings:

    The Chasis:

Here I use 1,5 mm aloy and I build a brand new chasis. The original plastk one is imposible tu be used:

The car nose is mounted on the DVD to:

It's opening like the Super Pursuit Mode by the KITT Knight Rider Firebird:

On the CPU fan is a airflow capter mounted to ho directed the fresh air from the front fans and to dont give the top fans what are working in the other direction to neutralize de CPU fan:

In the two next pics, the Airflow IN and OUT points:

The blue power and HDD lights are in the front fans mounted:

    Now, thats it.

I work on this mod about 5 month.

To see how it works, I have allready a DEMO IDEO uped in You Tube

If you have any questions, I wel try to respond them so good as posible I can.

Nicely done.:D That RC car must have been huge.
You could probably get rid of some of the fans if it's noisy. I have that board and it doesn't need much cooling.

    Thanks !

Yes. It dont need much cooling but i want to be shore to be protectet from high temperature.

I have modified the CPU fan to. It make no noise enymore because I mounted it in ruber slics from xigmatek and now it is completly quiet. I must go wery near mit my ears to hear it.

The aditional fans are much noisy.

Here you can see what i have done:

In the original mounting with the skruws it is so noisy because the botom from the fan get in kontakt with the aloy radiator and he transmit every wibration. Now he has 5 mm distance to the aloy and it is so quiet, i dont hear it enymore.

The complete car HTPC weght now about 8,5 kg.

    PS:

If you heave seen the video in You Tube with it you can hear if noise is coming from the CPU fan.
