Having to call Charter Communications again, because they cant fix a simple issue. Last tech that came out said the line was 10db too high, and that the line techs (apparently, they were contract techs, not Charter techs) would come out to fix it. Apparently they didnt do anything, because I'm still getting sub-DSL speeds. Good thing out of all this is I got one month free (credited) service, and already have 1/4 of my next bill credited. Another group of Charter Techs(Charter Techs, not contracted techs) will be out tomorrow, so hopefully I will have some decent speeds, or I will be getting another free (credited) month of service.

I really don't think dragging your problems with forum staff out over several threads is going to do you any favours and certainly isn't going to get any threads opened, not to mention it's just pure pollution to my eyes.

 

I really don't think starting arguments with people is going to get you any rep, not to mention it is irritating me.
