You might spend some time on that website in general as they have a variety of writeups on how to work with plastic. They've been around at least 20 years and have ALL kinds of plastic as well as resin and adhesives. I love that place.

 

Well I finally got this one done. Used it for a few months. Then Ijust tore it apart to move the guts to a CM 840 case. However, here are some pics of how it turned out before I tore it apart.
