Thermal paste and thermal pads are ok, but, you can't use both at same time, because thermal pads have more thickness than the paste when applied. My motherboard seems to have mosfets well aligned, probably I'll use thermal paste.

Anyway mosfets doesn't have any internal thermal sensors to see temperature differences. Anyone have a thermal camera? :cooldude:

"give a run for their money" = to be as good at something as someone who is known to be extremely good

At first I did not understand the phrase, but now I do. :thumb: (I think..)

I give you props for doing that all on a manual mill. -Fantastic.:D You also have my respect for being able to figure out the o-ring diameter manually.:thumb:

Really nice block you got there, love it, and nice to see youre using a manual mill too. When you were making the 45deg milling it looks like you angled the vice, did you? or did you use the X and Y feed together?

Again, thanks all for replies and support :blush::blush:

I rotated the vice 45 degrees, do this with X / Y axis at same time is for experienced guys, to do this you need a lot of coordination :p

    20th Update [17th Aug 2010] Opening a window

Hi and wellcome back to all. With this little update I want to show you the new window. I made it with a dremel and files. Later I want to use an smoked plexiglass.

was i the only one that was wishing you didn't put a window in it?

This build is so simplistic and minimalist, putting a window in shows you a complex motherboard and tubing and ruins that for me. Windows to me are for people that show off their components and preach about how fast they can run crysis with their graphics cards, it just doesn't fit with your incredibly slick design.
