Never used any of them but it looks like a good selection of choices, depending on how popular your site is.

 

Depending on your traffic you could try a backfill network like Admeld.

 

At the moment i'm on around 200, moving up to 300 visits a day.

New stats, in September i almost hit 10,000 page views. For October i'm on track to beat that.

I tried a few of those but they're looking for 100,000 + views monthly.

 

Sounds about right anything less than 100k I assume it's not worth their time to implement on a CPM.

I'd say start with CPC seeing as your site is growing and then move to cpm when you have more traffic.
