Guys its as if something is draining the resources...it freezes for a few seconds then off it goes again and then it freezes again....i have checked a hundred times and nothing is running ..
thats a defrag utility ? seatools is hardware diagnostic utility to test for hardrive errors and bad sectors
I appreciate you may have already diagnosed this one but if you have done a full re-install of Windows 7, it will be necessary to install all the relevant motherboard drivers again. Things like chipset drivers, NB/SB SM Bus drivers, network cards etc etc - Also checking for a bios update. You may have already done this, but thought it would be worth pointing out if not, because if you get a new hard drive you will need to install W7 on it anyways, and therefore will need to find all the drivers. Go to your manufacturers website and go the download pages in support. You should be able to find what you need.
