Delivery Times

    Hi Nitrix

    I placed an order on Tuesday which was processed the following day. I paid for Specail Delivery, so how long should my order take to reach me?

    It takes my orders between 5 and 7 days to arrive.

    Cool, thanks :) Just wanted it to play with on my birthday, too late now. I did pay for special delivery though...

    I've never ordered by special delivery from Aquatuning but based on the time it takes for another German company to supply stuff via Royal Mail it's around 3 working days. I'd email Pascal to confirm.

    Big Elf is correct SD time is around 3-4 days and we tend to use this more for high value small items rather then speed of delivery.

    Fastest service is UPS

    been wiating nearly 2 weeks for my order tried phoning help line but get answer machine all time emailed nitrix to no reply get stuff from hong kong quicker

    What is your order number?

    All e-mail are normally answered all most instantly if not within 24-48 hours max

    The phone line sometimes does default to the answering machine depending the time of day or if we are in meetings etc.
