First off yes, you have most likely seen enough of these :p

ok my final so far, PC used for gaming, budget up to 700 maybe more if its worth it

Case has been bought already, Coolermaster ATCS 840

    Storage: http://www.scan.co.uk/products/ss1t...3-sata-3gb-s-7200rpm-32mb-cache-89-ms-ncq-oem

    CPU: http://www.scan.co.uk/products/inte...re-28-ghz-8mb-cache-core-ratio-21x-95w-retail

    Motherboard: http://www.scan.co.uk/products/asus...-(x16)-ddr3-2200(oc)-sata-6gb-s-sata-raid-atx
(if you want to recomend a better one, go ahead however it must have 4 fan headers for case fans and 1 more for the cpu cooler)

    Ram: http://www.scan.co.uk/products/4gb-...)-non-ecc-unbuffered-cas-9-9-9-24-dhx-18v(amd)

    Things Still Needed: (Recommendations please)

    CPU Cooler: Need To Find

    DVD Drive: Need To Find

    Power Supply: Need to Find

    Graphics Card: Need To Find

    Monitior: Need To Find

If most could be from scan in the recommendations i would appreciate it, however the monitor i am not fussed as scan has a very limited range of them.

First of all, good choice on the store - Scan are great. Reliable, good prices and a reasonable selection.

For the graphics card, this is probably the best option for your money.

I'd go with a 500W+ Enermax or Corsair power supply personally, depending on budget.

Seeing as saving money on the PSU is not wise, I'd recommend this. Always buy a little more than you need. There's no point spending £80 on a decent 500w PSU if you need to upgrade it when you upgrade your rig. I'd rather spend £80 on one with a little headroom.

GPU This. It's excellent value for money, and a good GPU, and cheap enough to add a second later for SLi and then it really will shine (they scale really well in SLi)... and two of these are the same price as a single 5870. Plus.. your limited budget means that you will be playing at 1920x1080 more than likely, so this card is MORE than up to the job. At 1920x1080, you really don't need that much graphics horse power. A 6850 would be a similar price and another contended for you also. It's slightly faster, and a similar price. It boils down to whether you are bothered about the whole Physx thing I suppose. Either will do you proud.

if it's just a DVD rewriter you want.. just get any SATA... they're all pretty much of a muchness, and all around £15.

    Cooler.

The logical choice of screen would be this but now you're a little over £100 over budget.

If it really is only gaming you're interested in, then perhaps this, but it's a TN panel and isn't exactly brilliant.

Personally, I'd save another £100 or so and get the U2311H.

That will be a good rig, with good OCing potential, a solid PSU ready for expansion or adding a second GPU, and if you get the 2311... a decent IPS screen.

It does however, make your total = £818.

Find something you don't want, and ebay it.. go wash some cars.. sell some crack... LOL... only kidding.

DVD: the cheapest Sata one you can find
PSU: 450 watts would probally be enough but its nly a small bit more expensive for a 650 Watt, this will give you enough power to run crossfire if you wish.
Also if you use it in your next build it will have plenty of power.

GPU: Depending on budget it would either be a fight betwen the 6850 and the 1gb 460GTX or the 6870

If you dont want to spend as much get the geild Tranquillo the 460GTX and a smaller PSU
