finally a use for that gpu with wireless hdmi.
just hook up a big battery, and have that thing following you everywhere (i suggest building a "follow me" rig, using ir-leds and whatnot).
    awesome build

Ok. And from where to buy this things?
    How can i transmite with a W-Lan the 220 V mainpower?

A camping battery package what is transforming 12 V into 220 V for 20 minutes?

well, Galaxy are planning to release a gtx460 which transmitts audio/video wirelessly, using tech from Amimon. all you need to do is hook up your screen with a reciever.
as for the transmission of electricity, i was thinking more of getting a small screen, let's say from a 13" laptop, stripping it down as much as possible and running it on the laptops battery.
an LED-screen would be preferred as these draw less power, thus increasing the time going between charges.

or if you want to go without the battery of the screen you could always induce electricity =).
mind you, that would require alot of juice from your camping battery :p

a car battery is usually around 60 Ah (ampere hours) (and yes, there are alot bigger batteries out there), a computer of this size draws let's say 50 W. the rc-car itself draws let's say 10W, that adds up to 60W.
running on 220V that gives an ampere usage of 60/220 = 0,28A.

in a perfect world, this means that the car battery should be able to power the hummer-pc for approx. 214 hours before being depleted. although, this is not a perfect world. the transformer which creates the 220VAC from 14VDC is not perfect, meaning that there's quite a loss of energy.

still, i would say that on a car battery, you would probably be able to run this for about 150-170 hours, before needing to recharge the battery.

All this is to expenseve. It welbee much simpley to mount in the Hummer a HTPC / ITX hardware with a 12 - 19 V pico PSU, what is charding the RC drive batery and to use this RC drive batry for the hardware because the batery (acumulator) have the same main valiews like a notebook accu.

    I think a 12 V / 1900 mA acu is enough for a ITX system to run.
