    Hiya Guys

    Im Running 2x 8800gt 512mb each

    but lookin at upgrading my 2 card and getting one to replace the 2 . i was a heavy gamers and would like to continue being that heavy gamer .

    so could anyone recommend me a card with either 2gb or 1gb of ram . and better than 2 x 8800gt and is very cheap

    must be pci-express 2.0

    Really need to know budget and resolution. And forget about 2GB VRAM cards, waste of money.

    around 200 and 1680 x 1050

    was lookin at a 5870 or a 6870 ATI Card

    I'd go for a 6870 myself. Great card and good price.

    6870 will be fine for that resolution, sand there at a good price point to, or too, not sure which:)

    if you are talking USD, then gtx 460 or 6870 (i think they are that cheap)

    I just got a 6870 for my new build and its a great card for the money, runs cool and has a fairly decent power consumption and the performance is likewise. I say look at reviews for both 6850, 6870 and the 460. :D

    I would get a GTX460, and if you want to continue SLI, get two GTX460s.
