    SMP client on the Q6600
    GPU client on both 9900GTX's

Use hfm to monitor the clients.

I'll try & post some guides once I get home (or search for the guides I wrote on the main bit-tech site)

This is the Best thing I have found. It is so simple.

    http://fahtracker.com/

You shouldn't need help to set it up. It even has a setting to force G80 cores on your 8800's (if they are indeed G80's as opposed to G92's)

Edit: And make sure you get your own passkey so you get bonus points on the SMP WU's you turn in :)

Ah GPU3 is more for the Fermi generation of GPU's so I would advise unselecting that.

For the CPU thats about what i would expect.

ok i unslelected gpu 3, i thought my pc would work much faster than that ive got just 4$ on SMP and still 0% on both gpus, and my PPDs stay on 0

Yeah the 6701 projects take a long time. Takes my computer around a day to do one unit in SMP.

Have you applied the changes to the configuration? you may have to go in and delete the Work Unit they are on now. (Stop the Client then open the client list at teh top go to the appropriate client and click delete WU)

You may also need to click Setup at the top and then Download Projects List

For a benchmark, so you know if there's a severe mess-up somewhere, I have an 8800GTX that typically gets 5-6k ppd and an 8800GTS on 4.5-5.5k ppd. Of course, this varies a lot with the WU, but that's about what I'd expect you to get per card.

Yes. 6604's are WU's for GPU's its fine that they happen to be working on a WU that has the same Project Number.

The SMP needs to complete a few % before it can calculate how many PPD it is producing. What else are you doing while folding? anything particulary CPU heavy?

Hummm. My E8500 is only taking around 30mins per frame (TPF). Click the SMP and see what it says.

Yeah the it hasn't done enough work yet to calculate the TPF and hence the PPD

Not sure how to do it on fahtracker, but if it's absorbing too many megahurts you can config folding to only use a certain percentage of your CPU. 85% should be enough to allow you to carry on doing basic stuff without even noticing there's folding going on.

I'm afraid you can't really do it as a % of the total power. You can have it only fold on three of four cores.
