    In CPU-Z under the Memory TAB it shows my memory speed as 665.5Mhz, is this the actual speed or do I need to double it as its DDR?

    Many Thanks

    DDR = Double Data Rate
    Your real frequency is that shown by CPU-Z, but since it transfers 2 bit per clock, it's more commonly referred to as running at 1333.

    Yea,

    Read/writes to RAM happen on every rise and fall of the clock signal. Hence twice per clock cycle, hence Double Data Rate.
