Ordered a mesh ultima 15g for my son on the 7/11/10,the money was took out of my acount the following week but still at this moment no laptop on the horzion. I know you will say should have bought with a credit card,but did not, have spoken to the so called customer service and basically got the promise of it will be there for christmas. So has anyone else had probelms with MESH

Nothing to laugh about mate, this kind of service (if that's what you want to call it) is unacceptable. What is their reason for the delay?
just got through to customer service and have been told that because of the weather they do not have the parts to build it,but the order form that i have says componets allocated to machine production pending. S ive asked for a refund of £1300 to be put back in my account today,so im now waiting for a manager to ring me back. They same to have forgot that if you order anything online that the prouduct has to be delivered within 30 days..so stay tuned
Good job, get a refund, you may have to pester for it. Ask them to email you a cancellation email to confirm everything. Keep ringing don't wait for the manager to get back to you.. it wont happen.
I'll be honest I didn't even know that Mesh were still going. What are you going to do by way of an Xmas present for your boy then?
Buy the MSI GX660R (either model) from overclockers. It's the same laptop (albeit one is missing the Blu-Ray drive) and is cheaper to boot.
Based on Mesh's history, you'll be lucky to get the computer undamaged. Furthermore, with it being damaged, you'll have to endure their horrendous customer service. Best of luck to you. My advice is to cancel the order immediately.
Wait, you ordered this in November, the weather only got properly 'bad' in the past couple of weeks. No excuse for such a slow delivery at all. I'd cancel the order if I were you, either that or force them to give you a discount for the ridiculous delay.
If it was me i would say either refund or i will collect in person tomorrow. That way you will really know if they can supply.
