Awesome case mate & I am highly impressed with your diy work especially the pci/io piece I know how difficult it is to get the bending correct on that part . +rep
thanks man! thanks mate, it took me 3 scratches just to come up with correct bending method for the mobo back panel... i almost quit this part and replace it with a generic casing mobo back panel... good thing motivation kicks in to finish piece.
yes sir! pinoy na pinoy ito! and proud to be one! Happy new year to all!!! Just got back from a short vacation! Well, a new year is here and new idea has came in... I have decided to make the case shorter and smaller... so, I redid the motherboard tray... also i have thought of a design for the sidepanel and also a new design for the front panel... (thanks cchr, I got some help from him) All these ideas are coming in but I have a bit of a problem!!! I have used up the remaining aluminum that i have... good thing I was able to fit in the new motherboard tray. I think, the rest of the build will be on acrylic and some body fillers... So here's some photos of it: The last piece for the mobo tray and a little scrap piece. Marked the holes for the pci slots Drilled some holes on it... Ready to hand file it after a few minutes of filing... pci slot holes... done! test fitting... time to drill some holes for the sata cables a bit of hand filing... it looks good... i guess! access hole for the pci cable... underneath the motherboard... holes for the 24pin, 8pin and a access hole for the cpu cooler... this slot id for the the P/H55 mobos time to bend the corners... got lazy setting up the bender... so, bended it using a pair of wood... well, I guess it looks good! final photos... A day's work is done!
i like the taper you got on the top frame going from thick to near flat good bit of thinking that.looking good mate!
