    But Gearbox -has- trademarked the name Borderworlds..

    I suppose if it isn't called Borderlands 2, they're technically right, but my Spideysense is telling me they're hiding something.

    I havent finished Borderlands and the add ons yet ... let alone Borderlands 2 .. I am still to use Brick .. and do 2nd walk throughs with hunter, solder and Siren (currently only at level 60 on Lilith and getting leathered by Crawmerax the bas***d ... )

    I love the art-style and the humour of Borderlands :D

    A sequel however? What should it be? Adding more expansions to the existing Borderlands would be better imho.

    it wouldn't surprise me if borderworlds is going to be some kind of web based trade hub or something.

    There again they might have just nabbed the name just incase, companies do tend to do that quite a lot.

    And as long as they make the PC version a bit more PC friendly/oriented I would be quite happy about a borderlands 2.

    Why is this news? Developers, especially those beholden to publishers, are never allowed to talk about upcoming games unless they're green-lighted. The game could be deep in development, but you'll never know about it unless there's a leak or 2K Games decides to publicise it. Or are we expecting developers to be stupid enough to violate the terms of their contracts and risk the security of their projects, funding and studios?

    lol i'm also stuck on crawmerax and i'm a hunter level 61.

    is it just me or when you turn level 59 the game gets obscenely difficult out of nowhere? to me the difficulty was pretty consistent (i wouldn't exactly describe the game as easy, but rather very beatable) but now it just got annoyingly hard out of nowhere. the lance shock troopers are capable of killing me within 10 shots. drifters can kill me in 3 hits (and they're faster than you). the badass jetpack lance can kill me in 2 hits. i have a shield with over 1500HP and my life is at 1000. i should not die THAT quickly just because i breached level 59. the really weird thing is tho i have more powerful guns than my foes and they take a good 20 shots or so, even if every single bullet is a hit, but i can't get hit by anything anymore.


    anyways.... a borderlands 2 would be great, i just hope it'll be longer if they ever decide to make it.
