I swear I have seen guides for either Serial or Com port remotes for winamp, simple ones with the serial/com cord connected to some switches kinda deal. However, looking over that past day I can't seem to even find references to such creations. The only thing I have found is the plugin for winamp, here. The offical site listed there is mostly in dutch, and in the english faq there was a short guide on building one of these, but with only four buttons...
Anyone know of someone who has done this, has a write up or anything? Any help is greatly appreciated!

it's a pretty simple circuit, easily adaptable too much cooler situations :D

i'd use it but my new logitech keyboard drivers work the same way now (before it was only when winamp was the "active" window, now they do it while i play quake or whatnot :D)
