Notebooks Opinion: HP G-62/72 Series?

    I have $500-600 to invest in a laptop. My friend has a G62 which seems to be plenty capable. It can play SCII at lower settings which should cover most things I play. I saw G72 as well. What are your thoughts? Is there better?

    looks decent enough and i cant see you getting much better although i noticed dell are doing a similarly spec'd laptop but with 4gb ram instead of 3, a bigger 500gb hdd and a slightly faster i3 than the hp all for $550

    G62/G72 are more of HP platforms for consumer laptops. They have quite a few models, based on those platforms, with different CPUs/memory/HDs, etc.
