I use iTunes on windows and have beeen steadily backing up my movies to hard drive but am getting sick and tired of having to assign each movie file a Thumbnail manually!

Is there a way in Windows of assigning a movie file its own thumbnail, so if you move it or all it iTunes will automatically recognise it?

went to the iStore and asked them, was told they couldnt help me as I was not using MAC!
    Ta (sigh)

Why don't you just copy the iTunes folder over and open the library file. That will keep all the artwork/plays/playlists etc.
