    Thanks a lot!!! :D

    Yesterday I finished to fix the separation tray (or PSU cover as you want) between motherboard tray and PSU.

    Now I'm going to realize SDD/HDD support on this PSU cover as on the image below.

    I'm going to use only 2.5" HDD in my casemod to realize a nice HDD cluster, also including SSD.

    Hello,

    I finished to add photos with details in my first post concerning the beginning of my work (radiator and mesh grills integration in the top of the case, home made rheobus, PSU cover...), and i shall add some comments later.

    [IMG]

    I also replaced the top fix' of motherboard tray by an home made fix' to improve look, original fix was in front of the motherboard tray and i didn't like it. :yawn:

    So i realized a new fix' with an aluminim profile in L... :dremel:

    * * * Motherboard top fix' replacement * * *

    Here is the original fix' (see red arrows) in front of the motherboard tray.

    [IMG]

    [IMG]

    [IMG]

    And after a little bit of work, here is the new fix behind motherboard tray.

    [IMG]

    [IMG]

    [IMG]

    Place this new fix' behind mobo' tray created a space between new fix' and spacer, so for didn't use washer, I stamped aluminium profile. :thumb:

    [IMG]

    [IMG]

    Later, I think I shall replace actual screws by TF screws for improve look.

    Yesterday I began to realize supports for my SSD and HDD, for this I used aluminium profile in L and some silentblocks for kill vibrations.

    He shall be fixed below the PSU cover and i shall cut a windows on the PSU cover to show SSD.

    Wow, really like the top grill. Looks really sleek / like stock. Also like the fan controllers and the post board thing in the support. Really looking clean, looking forward to seeing more.

    Because there was a lot of reflection on the aluminium tray, the pic in color was not nice.

    Soon I shall receive an Adata SSD, I shall put him at the place of the WD HDD. :D

    I want try to cover the PSU cover with 3M Di-Noc CARBON FIBER FILM, and the rest of the case will be painted in mat black.

    Tonton Buddy great work! I really like the fan rheos mounted inside the case on that piece of aluminum. speaking of aluminum, how do you bend your aluminum plates and L- stock to 90 degree angles? All the aluminum I have tried to bend starts cracking just past 45 degrees, maybe I have got the wrong grade or something, anyway great craftsmanship.

    hello,

    i have some difficulty to answer you because all my posts must be approuved by moderators... it's boring... and i don't know why... :(

    @that_du^de : yes there are a very very little dent, light and reflections increase it.
    i have yet to work on my PSU cover to improve finish look and reduce this de

    @silent1313 : thx a lot :).
    to realise my 90° bend, i used my vice, 2 aluminium pieces in L and an hammer. i thightened aluminium profil in L in the vice betwen 2 aluminium pieces, i bended slowly and hited it with hammer on the bend to realize a perfect 90° bend. i hope you understand my english explanation because i'm french and my english isn't perfect.

    here some photos to embellish my explanation.
