    Oh my god!! That is one seriously sweet looking mod.

    The hard drives remind me of a hospital vending machine for some odd reason. It still looks wicked though.

    RAM: 8 gigs of Crucial Ballistix Smart Tracer – pattern and color can be changed via software
    GFX: two NVIDIA Geforce 580s in SLI
    PSU: Silverstone Zeus 1200m – some of the cables I sleeved and some are extensions from Frozen CPU
    Cooling: Danger Den watercooling including their new Monsoon Resevoir
    Case: Danger Den Double Wide Tower 21 – custom
    Other: 25 two terabyte Western Digital hard drives, three Areca raid cards

    WD green drives will cause problems in raids.
    the disk spools down unexpected and that causes the raid controller to start rescuing your files, and the snowball starts running. I learned first hand..
    There is a fix for the first edition of the disks, but they somehow decided to remove that possibility on the second edition..
    I have not surfed around to see if they have found a solution...

    BUT, a really nice build thou.
    Mine is not so nice, since I bought a finished cabinet (This one)

    They are Areca raid cards. I took the HBAs out

    So what's the total usable storage capacity after RAIDing 25 2tb drives? And is it enough to hold the detailed schematics of the Death Star AND a short holographic message?
