You could use the primer 94 adhesive spray, as chris@cmd suggested.

that stuff looks really nice, I might have to pick up some for my netbook lid.

Is it self adhering or do you need to used the primer 94 with it?

3M's new DI–NOC carbon fiber film that we've started offering as one of the Prizes for bit-tech's MOTM. It can only be described as a "synthetic textile" It's a flexible and lightweight carbon fiber vinyl film that looks like the real thing, only less expensive. It can be installed on both flat and curved surfaces. Textured to the touch, DI–NOC is ideal for the inside and outside of a computer chassis, keyboards, headsets, mice, or even your mobile phone. It's 8.3 mil thick and is very durable, so it withstands outdoor elements. You can apply it on your bicycle, car, or whatever you think deserves.

It's easy to do! Just remove the factory sticker and use that for your template.

Start alignment of the application at the camera lense. Lay your phone down on soft surface, so you won't scratch the screen!

You can use credit card or drivers license, di-noc surface is very resilient

    Bill,

Would this give some 'grip' to the back of my Viewsonic G Tablet. Maybe easier to hold and not so slippery?

This vinyl is really nice, I'm thinking on buying it to cover part of my keyboard and the bezel of my case. The price is kinda fair here, I just need to wait for the $$$ to buy ^^
