Waiting for my hubs/stubs kits for the front to turn up from AUS and some spacers. Anyways I brought a new toy today. Should do the job to make bushes and inserts and CUSTOM PC PARTS. lol. So not a lot been happening on buggy till now lol. Lazy I know. lol. But after Bravo from WA Superlites Association popped in and visited it kind of kicked started me again. Anyways I got my hubs and spacers from the edge. Got a side cover for chain side on engine and cleaned it up. Dropped off the steel to get bent for the front A arms so pickup on friday and will start building some jigs to build the arms. Also I have send away the DXF file to get the upright plates done. Yeh I know lazy no hacksaw using. lol. Also mates dropping off bushes for the front A arms this weekend. Also finished iditing up a picture of me.
Update time. Got my axles for the front. Got all the pipes bent for the front swing arms. Bolts and nuts for the panel work. Started on the upper and lower swing arm jigs. Test fit of disc's. I had drawn up all the plates for the uprights so got them all laser cut. Nice fit together. Nice tight fit togther. Rear swing arm mounts. Got the pipes bent up for the side nerf bars. Welded the side nerf bar mounting plates on. Threaded and bolts in. Starting to install the nerf bars. Thats it for now. going to finish off welding up the nerf bars this week and finish off the jigs for the front swing arms. Also got to order the rodend for the front end.
Oh! This snuck in while I was off doing secret stuff for secret people. As an old motorhead, I heartily approve of this thread. john
