Just got my replacement P67 and i2500k back today should have time between uni and ju jitsu tommorrow to overclock and set them up. Haven't folded in about 9 months but i take it the procedure is the same download smp beta and gpu console client and run them. What flags if everyone using? GPU is a 560ti.

 

I also am sure that 12 noon on Pacific Daylight Time is 8pm British Summer Time. The best way to check is to wait until about 8pm tomorrow then do a web search for a world time site and check it is noon in Los Angeles.

Edit: I did that and the start is 8pm BST. I also checked the clock on the official site by the Cannuks and that confirmed 1 day 0 hours to go at 8pm Wednesday our time.

Changed 2x SMP and 2x normal clients over, will setup the i7 tonight for bigadv and 2x GPU.

Great stuff mate, just switched over my Bigadv's

Yeah I know what you are saying and totally agree so a quick guide for anyone wanting to stop their current WU and do it the proper way -

Stop your SMP client (CTRL-C) and restart it with the -oneunit flag like this - fah6 -smp -bigadv -oneunit (if you are not bigadv folding then obviously leave that flag out)

Once that WU completes the SMP client will automatically stop running, then you can run the config fah6 -smp -configonly and set the CustomBitChimps details and kick the SMP client off again (without the -oneunit flag )

Good stuff mate, yeah download the latest SMP client from Stanford (stay away from the new v7 client at the moment) and then the GPU3 client for Fermi cards and then configure as before, plenty of guides on Stanford and on here but if you get stuck whack a thread up and we'll help get ya going

All Systems up and running,just doing a final check on the 2nd 275 in the main rig, and this year will have the Alien running 24/7 ready to KICK

 

love those cards! got two twin frozr's! OC'd to 975/1950/2200. cruises along nicely with a ppd of 14.5k on p6801! although i started to get a couple of WU's in the ten thousands (i.e. p1xxxx) and got a nice little ppd jump up to 19.5k on them!

BigAdv machines switched, the rest later today.

There's a way to tidy up the sig. so it only shows the three useful panels, and doesn't repeat. Anyone know how it is done?

switched over my bigadv and have been rewarded with a p2684 so not going to bother atm with gpu folding
